Indianapolis Colts offensive left tackle joins DD on the first hour of the show to talk about his journey through the NFL.  Ready to start his ninth season with the Indianapolis Colts and he is expecting it to be a big one.  He talks about his expectations for next season and his relationship with the rest of the O-Line.

What have you learned in your time in the  NFL?

"What have I not learned?  I've learned how to not freak out everytime I get beat because it's the NFL and that happens.  I've learned countless things about technique, I've learned so much about how the game works in terms of schemes.  I was an idiot when I was a rookie haha."

Did the additions of young guys Quentin Nelson and Braden Smith help energize you as an older player?

"Yah I mean it's impressive to just watch them play and have guys like that come in.  I mean its just awesome to to have that physical, kind of like an imposing figure playing next to you.  I mean when you look at our offensive line across the board, it's broad shouldered big men.  It's exciting to be a part of that."

Castonzo is excited to get the next season underway as the Colts begin mini-camp.
