Head of Indianapolis Motor Speedway Doug Boles joins Dan Dakich. Doug Boles talks about qualification weekend and how much drama there was this year during the qualifying round of the 103rd Indy 500.

On qualification weekend :

"I liked it. I thought the drama was amazing both days. Saturday I was just really surprised that you went from the green flag at qualifying and qualified all the way through. Usually you have that middle in the afternoon when it's warm, that  people sit or they practice. Everyone used those additional attempts as practice sessions."

On how big Fernando Alonso is internationally :

"It's Michael Jordan type level internationally, he is as famous as they get internationally. Motor Sport internationally is a little bit diffrent than it is here. I got a note from Kyle Kaiser after he qualified. He said, 'Doug this is so unreal I can't believe I get to be apart of the Indy 500.'"
