Kyle Neddenriep joins the show to talk to Greg Rakestraw about Indiana basketball. Kyle Neddenriep is an Indiana high school basketball expert. Kyle goes into the fact that IU and Purdue need to keep recruiting players from Indiana to keep such a rich Indiana high school basketball scene. Greg and Kyle discuss the roots of the state of Indiana and basketball and how those roots have cultivated into a vibrant basketball state. Kyle also goes into the Anthony Leal decision.

"Anthony Leal decision coming up later this afternoon. Any idea as to which way that is likely heading?"

"Well I think you have to think that IU has a pretty good shot with him. I think Stanford obviously also has it's positives from a not only a basketball stand point and what they are trying to build there with the tradition they've had in the past, but from an academic stand point. He's a Bloomington kid. His family had season tickets. Once he got that offer in late April you had to kind of think that IU was going to be the front runner. I think that is probably what will happen but stranger things have happened. I think Anthony is a kid who has gone through this process and been pretty smart. He has kind of found the schools that fit him best. A lot of high academic institutions are after him and there is a reason for that."

"How would you characterize this year's senior class from a basketball stand point?"

"It's not the best class that I have seen or that anyone has seen probably in the last decade or so. I mean there are some really good players. Leal being one of them. You know Galloway. Then you go down the list of LC with Nijel Pack and Deandre Davis. You're going to have a really good Indian All Star team there is no doubt about that. From an overall depth stand point it doesn't stack up to many of the other classes we have seen."
