Behind Enemy Lines: Jacksonville Jaguars Part I

From now until the start of the Colts season The Dan Dakich Show takes you Behind Enemy Lines to learn about the opponents on the schedule for 2022.

Training camp is officially upon us, which means it’s time to start sifting through the opponents for the Indianapolis Colts. This season, Indy begins its campaign with a pair of road games against AFC South foes. Week one in Houston, followed by a trip to Jacksonville against a familiar coach to Frank Reich in Doug Pederson.

The Jaguars are looking for 2021 first overall pick Trevor Lawrence to take that second year leap to lead the Jaguars to their third winning season in the last fifteen years. Since 2010, the Jaguars have won 6+ games just three times.

For the full report on the Jacksonville Jaguars we turned to the Senior Writer of Jaguars.com in John Oehser.

During their conversation Oehser spoke about:

  • the difference between Urban Meyer and Doug Pederson
  • improvements Trevor Lawrence has made so far
  • the health status of RB’s James Robinson and Travis Etienne
  • how does 2022 first overall pick Trevon Walker look
  • if he’s ever seen a film study clause in a quarterback contract before

Check out the full conversation with John Oehser below and keep listening to The Dan Dakich Show, weekdays 12-3pm eastern, on The Fan.
