Over 80 high schools competed for the chance to be named the BSN Sports and 107.5 The Fan High School Team of the Week.
From there, there were three teams. DeKalb Girls Soccer, Bloomington North Gymnastics and Indian Creek Track. They were all named Tournament of Champions winners for the Fall, Winter and Spring.
This week, these three exemplary teams competed to be named the BSN Sports and 107.5 The Fan Team of the Year. After the votes have all been tabulated, we are proud to announce Indian Creek Boys and Girls Track is the 2020 and 2021 Team of the Year!
The Creek had great fan support all season which led to this win. The teams had a total of 12 regional qualifiers and broke four school records to cement one of the best seasons in school history.
“While we may not have the numbers that most teams do we always compete as if we do,” Coach Brady Devine said. “The culture at Indian Creek is what makes us who we are, and the future is very bright. I want to thank our fans, staff, administration, and athletes for voting to us get this honor and am excited to be able to present this trophy to all of you when we get back to school this fall.”
