With the Colts defeating the Jets last Thursday it meant a Sunday for Colts fans to watch around the NFL and root for help from other teams.

Regrettably, of teams who could help Indy’s playoff hopes with a loss, only two, the Raiders and the Bengals, did them any favors. We’re at the halfway point of the regular season and with Indianapolis sitting at 4-5, it’s going to take more than Colts’ wins to have a shot at getting into the postseason.

Our friend Sean Salisbury stopped by The Dan Dakich Show on Monday to stress that point while also acknowledging that the play of Carson Wentz and Jonathan Taylor could set the team up for a hot streak.

Along with this, Sean pointed to the fact that he sees way more inconsistency in the AFC than he does true Super Bowl contenders.

Give the conversation a listen below and keep tuning into The Dan Dakich Show, weekdays 12-3pm, here on The Fan.
