Coming off a rookie campaign that totaled over 1,400 yards, Colts second-year running back Jonathan Taylor is ready for more and he made it evident on his appearance during Thursday’s edition of The Fan Morning Show with Kevin Bowen.  Taylor noted that he’s learned a lot from last year to this year, the influence that Marlon Mack has played on his development and why he’s all for more two-back sets involving he and Nyheim Hines.

“Hines is one of the most explosive and dynamic backs in the league and then there’s me. It’s like a ‘pick your posion’, who would you rather defend more heavily?”

He also discussed the players’ only meeting that reportedly took place after the team’s 0-3 start and said it was a great way to get everyone on the same page.

“We hadn’t been playing our best football so we all need to hold each other accountable when we’re in this building.  It was a time of reflection for everyone to look back and see what can I do in order to be a better version of myself.”
