Curt Cavin and Kevin Lee are back in studio after reporting from Texas last week. Curt and Kevin open up the show by talking a lot about the upgrades that Roger Penske announced in a press conference last Friday. After that discussion, Curt and Kevin speculate about what the case might be for Simon Pagenaud following the 2020 racing season when his contract expires with Team Penske. Curt and Kevin also talk a little more about the car tests from Texas last week and what surprised them the most. Following that conversation, they banter on the chances of Fernando Alonso returning to the Indianapolis 500 and where he would be able to fit in if it does happen. Finally, they wrap up the show the same way they started it by discussing the Ryan Newman crash at the end of the Daytona 500.
