INDIANAPOLIS – Do not count out that home playoff game just.

With the final quarter of the 2020 season here, the Colts are back in the AFC South race thanks to beating the Texans over the weekend and the Titans losing to the Browns.

Currently, the Titans (8-4) hold the tiebreaker over the Colts (8-4) thanks to a better divisional record (3-1 vs. 2-2). The Colts are looking for their first AFC South title since 2014.

At 8-4, the Colts are thrown into the Wild Card mix right now, with three of those spots available in 2020 thanks to the expanded playoffs. The Colts remain in the 7th (and final) spot with four games left.

Losses in conference—particular to fellow Wild Card possibilities in Cleveland and Baltimore—are not aiding the Colts.

According to FiveThirtyEight, the Colts have a 69 percent chance to make the playoffs and a 38 percent chance to win the AFC South. This week’s matchup with the Raiders (7-5) is massive for the Colts taking a huge step towards getting back into the postseason.

With a win on Sunday, the Colts chances to make the playoffs would rise to 88 percent and 46 percent to win the division. With a loss, the Colts chances would fall to 46 percent to make the playoffs and 28 percent to win the division.

If the playoffs started today, the Steelers would get the 1st round bye, and these would be the matchups on Wild Card weekend:

No. 2 Chiefs vs. No. 7. Colts

No. 3 Bills vs. No. 6. Dolphins

No. 4 Titans vs. No. 5. Browns
