(00:00-03:29) – In the opening segment of today’s edition of Soccer Saturday, Greg Rakestraw previews todays show as the Indy Eleven Season resumes in just one week at home and with fans. He also talks about the upcoming schedule and how the rest of the 2020 season will look.

(04:59-16:31) – Head Coach Martin Rennie talks about the upcoming schedule for Indy Eleven as the squad gets set to resume play next Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium as they will host ten matches out of 16 that will be played this season.  He talks about the importance of being allowed five substitutes this season because of the tight schedule and quick turnaround between matches.

(19:31-31:39) – Indy Eleven Midfielder Tyler Gibson, who is also Indy Eleven’s Player Representative for the USL Player Association, he talks about the 11 vs 11 training as it ramps up leading to the resumption of play next week.  He talks about how he feels in July 2020 after 1 match played vs July 2019 when 17-18 would have been played by this point.

(34:39-52:14) – Greg Rakestraw is joined by ESPN Soccer Broadcaster Mike Watts to talk about his broadcast schedule for the USL Championship on ESPN2 and what it means to have fans back in the stands. He talks about calling all of the games offsite even before the Coronavirus, as the only game he was on site for last season was the USL Championship match out of the 100+ games he called in 2019.

(55:14-57:03) – In the final segment of Soccer Saturday for the month, Greg Rakestraw updates you on the Premier League and the Champions League.
